What the device does
Finds small leaks
It monitors water pressure and flow and runs a daily MicroLeak test that can catch a leak as small as a drop per minute, anywhere in the house.
Shuts the water off
Set it to close your main water valve automatically when it detects a leak. You can also turn the water on and off from the app.
Tells you right away
You get alerts by app, text or phone call for a leak, low temperature or a fixture left running.

What your home needs
The device goes on your main water line, indoors or outdoors. It needs 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and a nearby electrical outlet.
Installation day
Installation takes about 1 to 2 hours, and the plumber shuts your water off while it's done. Then you run your first MicroLeak test in the app, and the device spends 7 to 10 days learning your home's water habits.
The homeowners discount
