Refund Policy

INS. does not collect revenue for itself. It may from time to time collect revenue from a client on behalf of the insurance company the business is being placed with through that insurance companies bill payment system. Any refunds or refund policies are that of the specific insurance company that the client is choosing to purchase a policy through. INS. does not hold funds nor can it be responsible for a refund to a client. INS. will assist the client with any refunds due to them from the insurance company when the need arises.
